- Turmeric has proved to be extremely vital for this painful condition. For this you simply need to take one or two teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of water or hot milk and drink this 2-3 times a day. This will give you an instant relief from any kind of muscular pain.
- Oatmeal is another ingredient used in the home remedies to relief the arthritis related condition. All you got to do is to cook some 5-6tablespoon of oatmeal in some amount of milk and add some fruits like cherry to it along with some jaggery and mix these entire stuffs well. Give this to the patient for about 3-4 times in a day.
- Cherry are also effective for the treatment of Fibromyalgia. Use some ripe cherry and cook them with some jaggery and butter. This mixture is effective and should be taken 3-4 times a day.
- Among the vegetables, brinjal are ideal for the treatment of Fibromyalgia. In a pan pour some castor oil and some garlic and cumin seeds, after a while add some sliced brinjal and allow it to get cooked. For taste add a little of salt and coriander leaves. Give this to the patient who is suffering from Fibromyalgia. Continue this for a month or two for best results.
- One of the oldest methods to treat any kind of muscular pain is by using ginger. You can eat the ginger raw or add them to your regular diet. Another alternative to this is the ginger juice which should be taken two to three times a day.
- Lemon juice goes a long way in curing many common ailments. Prepare juice from some fresh lemon and add honey to it and mix these well. Add some lukewarm water and mix them well before drinking. This works well in reducing the symptoms associated with Fibromyalgia.
- Go for a healthy diet which includes lot of fresh fruits like cranberry, radish and raw papaya. Another remedy can be prepared from papaya seeds. First you need to grind some of the papaya seeds and mix these with a glass of water. Allow this to boil and then drain it and then take the extract 3 times a day. Continue this for a month for some very good results.
- Apart from fruits, vegetables like cabbage, beat, carrots and green leafy vegetables are all effective to reduce the symptoms and pain of Fibromyalgia. The best way to soothe the problem is to give patients a glass of this freshly prepared vegetable juice for at least three times a day. Taking pigweed leaf juice in empty stomach works well in reducing the symptoms.
Tips to soothe the muscle pains are:
- Soothe the aching muscles by soaking the body in a warm bath; you can add some Epsom salts to the water bath as well to feel better.
- Go for some physical and external techniques that will reduce the stress and make you feel better and more relaxed.
- Go for some breathing exercises that will reduce the stress and make the body relaxed.
- Have ginger tea which will soothe any kind of muscle ache.
