Home Remedies for Fried Hair
Repairing fried hair can be done easily and inexpensively with ingredients found in the kitchen cabinets. If your hair has become dry due to over processing try some home remedies for fried hair to treat the problem. Natural ingredients will prevent the over processed hair caused by chemical, preservatives and compounds present in commercial treatments.
Following are the some home remedies for fried hair:
- Rinse hair with apple cider vinegar. Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar to 2 parts water. Shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo and then rinse thoroughly. Apply the apple cider vinegar solution to the scalp and work through the hair ends. Let it stay for 5 minutes. Wash hair with warm water. Apple cider vinegar will eliminate residue from hair and will leave hair conditioned and soft. This is a very good treatment for fried hair naturally.
- Prepare a deep conditioning fruit mask. Merge 1 soft avocado and 1 banana. Smash together until they become consistent in nature. Apply all over hair beginning at the roots and working to the hair ends. Let it stay for 20 to 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly with water. Then use a baby mild shampoo to wash off any residual remaining on hair. The natural oils present in avocados and bananas will moisturize the hair shaft without harsh chemicals.
- Shampoo your hair with a mild baby shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. Pour one can bear onto scalp. Continue applying down to the hair ends. Let it stay for 5 minutes. Wash off with warm water. Beer helps to eliminate residue which can cause dryness. It also adds shine to fried hair.
- Prepare a hot oil treatment. In a microwave safe bowl place 1 cup of mayonnaise. Microwave it until the mayonnaise melts into oil. Make sure it is warm and not hot. Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil to it and mix thoroughly. Apply to all over the hair working to its ends. Let it stay for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water. The oils contained in coconut and mayonnaise will penetrate to the roots and provide deep conditioning for fried hair.
- Prepare a pre-conditioner. Blend 4 eggs and 3 teaspoon olive oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Apply the mixture to dry hair starting form the roots to the hair ends. Let it stay for 20 minutes. Wash thoroughly with water. Shampoo your hair with a mild baby shampoo and conditioner. Then again rinse thoroughly. Natural oil in olives and proteins from eggs helps to moisturize and strengthen fried hair.
- Heat olive oil over a pan of hot water. Do not put it over a flame. Apply the olive oil to the middle lengths and hair ends. Wrap some grip and then cover your head with a towel. This will keep the oil warm. To remove oil from the hair, apply a portion of good shampoo to the hair before giving any water. It will lather to a white cream. Then you can add water.
- Combine avocado with lemon juice. After washing your hair use this blend as a conditioning treatment. Leave it as long as you want. Then rinse thoroughly with water. This will add luster to fried hair.
