Defective vision is a problem of the eyes which disables to see the surrounding objects vividly. The different types of defective vision are listed below:

  • Myopia or nearsightedness is a medically termed for a condition in which the person cannot see farther objects clearly but can see close objects.

  • One of the best home remedies for defective vision can be prepared by adding half teaspoon of licorice powder in a glass of milk and little amount of honey. Mix these well and add 1/4 part of ghee. This is an ideal treatment for defective vision.
  • A mix juice can be prepared from 200 ml of carrot juice, 150 ml of celery juice and 75 ml of endive juice and parsley juice. Apart from these you can also add half a liter of chicory juice. This mix juice should be consumed on daily basis which helps in improving vision.
