- Affects the digestive system and gastrointestinal tract that includes stomach ache, nausea, vomiting, itching around the mouth, diarrhea, belly cramps.
- Skin infection like hives, eczema, swelling and flushing.
- Cardiovascular system involves rapid heartbeat, heart problems and low blood pressure.
In severe cases, a few of the people may have a strong reaction called anaphylaxis. This causes mouth swelling as well as throat swelling and this leads airways in the lungs that results in difficulty in breathing. - For a gruel recipes, take 1/2 cup of rice and 4 cups of water and 2 0r 3 long pepper and 1 ginger.
The rice is cooked with the recommended quantity of water and add the crushed ginger with a tinge of salt. The pepper is powdered and fried in ghee or vegetable oil and add it to the gruel. This is very light and easily digestible.

- Five drops of castor oil in a cup of vegetable or fruit juice or plain water should be taken in empty stomach.
- Half a lime is squeezed in a glass of warm water and sweetened by adding a teaspoon of honey. This should be taken once in the morning.
- Take 300ml of carrot juice along with 100 ml of beet juice and 100 ml of cucumber juice. Mix it and drink it everyday.
- One or two bananas are beneficial for people who are prone to allergies.

- Soak 7-8 almonds in water and keep it overnight. After peeling make a paste and add it to lukewarm milk. Drink it to feel better.
- Basil leaves works effectively to cure low blood pressure. Take the basil leaves, crush them and filter it with the help of muslin cloth and add to the filtered mixture with a tsp of honey.
