  • Cinnamon is also excellent for treating fatigue. You just have to sprinkle some of them on your cereals, toast and porridge you take for breakfast. This enables to insulin to metabolize glucose and give the body the necessary energy required.
  • In the case of chronic fatigue use garlic in either raw form or tincture and take this two times a day to feel better.

To regain and boost your energy levels, try the following tips and remedies you can easily prepare at home.

  • If you are into nuts and dry fruits than try out some dates. These are some instant and great source of energy. You can either have this with a glass of water or a glass of milk.
  • Cardamom is also effective for fatigue. You simply need to add a pinch of the powder to a cup of tea to reduce the strain and kick away your tiredness.
  • To revitalize the energy levels, improve the blood circulation that will help to fight fatigue. This can be however achieved with some brisk walk, swimming; taking up any outdoor sport will help the mind to feel fresh. Nevertheless, also take up gardening or any form of hobby that will make you relax and feel fresh.
  • Kernels are also effective to reduce fatigue. First, you need to soak around 6-8 kernels in water and keep this overnight. The next mornings after draining the water remove the husk and prepare a fine paste out of it. Add some sugar candy in powdered form and also some butter.   • Eat frequent meals which are small for every 2-3 hours. Heavy meals can be one factor to feel fatigue frequently. These small meals help the digestion to take adversely.
  • You should not lie down immediately after a meal and you should at least sit up or have a mild walk for about half an hour after you have your lunch or dinner.
  • Keeping the body well-hydrated is also effective to reduce frequent fatigue. In fact whenever, you feel a little lethargic, drink a glass of water. Water helps to improve bowel movements and also removes toxic from the body. So drink plenty of water of about 2-2 1/2 liters of water everyday.

Exercises also help to boost your mental energy. Try doing some of the following exercises.

  • Walk on bare foot on some dewy grass and then walk up and back in some six inches of cold water for about ten minutes in the morning and in the evening.
  • You can also do some yoga and some breathing exercises which will reduce the mental strain and make you feel less lethargic.

Some of the common ingredients you can try out to treat fatigue are milk, pepper mint oil, chlorella and leek. The peppermint oil can be used for the purpose of massaging and is found effective for headaches, nerve and muscle pain. Chlorella is single-celled green algae which is highly effective for fatigue.
