Home Remedies for Flatulence using turmeric and warm milk

Home Remedies for Flatulence using fenugreek seeds and cinnamon
- To avoid and treat flatulence, you can use 25 grams of fenugreek seeds and mix them in equal amounts of dill seeds. Roast the seeds in open pan and crush them partially and use a small quantity of the seeds everyday after meals. This is a beneficial remedy for flatulence.
- Infusion prepared from cinnamon is also effective for flatulence. Boil the water for at least half an hour and allow it to cool completely before taking the infusion. This should be taken half an hour after meals and is one of the good preventive measures for people who have this common problem.
Home Remedies for Flatulence using brandy and honey
