It also includes many seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower feeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds.

- Practice yogic postures such as Ardha Shalabahasana, Purna Shalabhasana, Vajrasana, Paschimottasana, Ardhamatsyendrasana and Trikonasana. They will help extremely in reducing pain in periods. Also do some breathing exercises and pranayam to ease the pain. Practice regularly or at least a week before you are expecting your periods.
