- Sunflower seeds and alfalfa are also very a very good stress treatment.

Diet to follow in stress:
Take a balanced diet to keep your mind and body healthy.
Include green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, whole grain, grams, beans, sprouts, fresh curd etc.
To fight against stress take vitamin A and B rich foods. Green leafy vegetables, banana and sprouts are rich source of vitamin A and B.
