- Avoid spicy foods that are difficult to digest. They increase the heat of the body and cause morning sickness. This could jeopardize the life of the fetus and lead to spontaneous abortion.
- Include salads, vegetables, wheat, bananas, chicken, and sea food in your diet. They are rich in vitamin B which is essential to cure morning sickness.
- Take 2 oranges in the morning and evening. It will keep you healthy during the pregnancy. They are rich in vitamin C that is very useful during the months of pregnancy.
- Completely avoid drinking and smoking. This will prevent morning sickness and keep the child healthy and safe.
- Take adequate amount of rest to stay out of stress. More you take rest less is the chance of nausea or vomiting.
Exercise:
Do morning walk, yoga, mild walk after dinner and little exercise. Yoga and meditation helps to keep the nerve under control and keeps the mind and body healthy.
