  • Sit properly with your head still. This would help to alleviate the motion problem.

  • If sitting in a car grab the front seat and focus on the road. This would help you to have a proper balance of your eye and body.

  • Motion sickness is slightly psychological. Try to be more positive while traveling. Remain stress-free and think of things that makes you happy.

  • Avoid reading as it is considered to be the major cause for motion sickness.

Avoid over eating before you travel. It increases the chances of motion sickness. Curb on low fat foods while you are on trip. In this way you can avoid motion sickness. But make sure that you eat something before journey as this will make your stomach more capable of handling the ups and downs of the road. According to the experts not eating destabilizes the electrical signals of your stomach making you prone to vomiting and nausea. Warm tea helps if you are feeling sick. Warm beverages also go easy with nauseated tummy rather than a glass of water. Drink decaf brew instead of caffeinated drinks as they are not good fro unhealthy stomachs.
